How to confirm PDF files?
We have CTP engineer check all files, send back PDF Proof or provide paper plotters before final printing. If there is any need to modify the file, we will notify you, or send the correct template.

Can I have a sample before production? How to charge?
Yes, we can send a sample to check the quality first, you can pay it by TT transfer or through Alibaba, and the sample fee can be refunded half once order confirmed.
How long is for the sample making?
In normal, it takes 5-7 days after payment and all details confirmed.
How long is for the production?
2-3 weeks if the quantity is no more than 1000 pcs. Rush order is available. If there are special circumstances, you can coordinate to speed up production.
What’s your payment terms?
We’d like to do Trade assurance order on Alibaba or Bank to Bank TT, or 40%-50% TT in advance, rest before shipment.
